Welcome December, Welcome Christmas! My favorite time of year. It is the most wonderful time of the year by far! Today is SOUS Friday and this weeks die cut challenge, create an ornament. I could not wait to get my hands into the new Cricut cartridge by Anna Griffin, Winter Wonderland. The shadow box below is what I came up with. LOVE LOVE this !! I added depth with foam pop dots.
satin trim and glitter. I used red ric rak along the inside of the glass on the upper portion and think this really gives it the vintage look I was going for. The outer fame of the box was covered in gold glitter paper and aged with Tim Holtz inkers. I see lots of new projects on the horizon with this cartridge.
