Gingerbread Ornaments

Yes Mam, you guessed it. Another 'sweet' project for my friends. I think I'll be doing many more of these as the holidays get closer. For this project, the words of inspiration were " All hearts come home for Christmas ". I again took a little spin, and settled for ' All hearts come home for Cookies '. This little guy was a gingerbread ornament form I purchased at HL recently. He is covered again in Basic Gray paper then I chalked his cheeks, face drawn on and puffy white paint used for the icing on both the front and the back. The finishing touch was to glitter him all over to give the effect of glistening sugar. How could you not crave cookies after seeing this fello? Thus, this project called for a box of sugar cookies to tie him to.

The Lollie Pop Guild

I am back :) with another project to share. This item was also for a small swap between friends.
The words of inspiration, " Over the Rainbow ". I must have come up with 1000 ideas for this project but settled on one. I'm short and people comment alot about my height so I could not pass up the opportunity to create this little basket and fill it with sweet goodness. Tagged ' Courtsey of the Lollie Pop Guild ' and made in good ol' 'Munchkin Land'. It would not be complete with out the little blue bird. I mean... its over the rainbow where blue birds fly right ?
I lined the inside completly although the pics do not show it. The paper line used was Basic Grey's Lemonaid collection and the blue bird was created with Stampin Up's bird and branch die.

Spooktacular !!!

It's that time of year. The time of year the air changes and spiders crawl. I love the fall and I love to paper craft.
Ive been busy creating a few things for a mini swap that I was in. This is the first of the items.
I created three for each of the girls that participated. I figured anyone who owns a pair of cherished scissors could use something like this in their creative space.

The 'Beware" was cut from the new OCT 31st Cricut Mini cart.
The paper background is from Graphic 45's Halloween in Wonderland. I love that collection!!!
The orange paper ruffel was made from Basic Grey's dog collection.
Easy peasy !! Now I should have made myself one!

Happy Scrapping..... more to come :)
